You can also send him emails via JPay. JPay service allows anyone to write to an inmate via his prison account and is very simple and secure to use. To create an account, you will need to enter Charles' DOC number: 999306 and then follow the very simple instructions. Once you have created your account, Charles receives your letter within 24 to 48 hours. Please remember to add your physical address on your first email, or he will not be able to reply to you as he cannot send emails from death row, only letters via regular mail.
